Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Blist app and getblist.com (together, "Blist"). By creating an account or using Blist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Blist.

Your account

You need an account to use Blist. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Blist.

Your content

You own the lists, notes and photos you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run Blist for you, including sending them to our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Only save links, screenshots and photos you have the right to use, and don't upload anything illegal, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights.

AI estimates are a starting point

Blist uses AI to suggest places, costs, the best time to go, difficulty and tips. These are estimates and can be wrong or out of date. Always check important details, such as prices, opening times, safety conditions, permits and travel requirements, with official sources before you travel or book. You are responsible for your own plans and safety.

Bookings with partners

Blist may show tours, tickets and experiences from third-party providers. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, on their terms, and they are responsible for the experience, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds. Blist may earn a commission when you book through a link in the app, at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability come from providers and can change.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Blist. For example, don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, scrape or resell it, use it to send spam, or use automated tools to make large numbers of requests. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Subscriptions

Blist is free to use today. If we offer a paid subscription later, its price and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases will be handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.

Changes and availability

We're always improving Blist, so features may change. We may update these terms; if a change is important, we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. You can stop using Blist and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

Blist is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that Blist will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for experiences, bookings or travel arranged with third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Apple

These terms are between you and Blist, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Blist or its content. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's Usage Rules.
